This city villa was built in 1907 on commission for the manufacturer H. ter Kuile.
Infestos acquired the National Monument, which is used as office space, in 2010. The building’s distinctive character, combined with its central location close to public transport and Enschede’s city centre, makes it an attractive setting for the companies housed there. In 2011, Infestos carried out an extensive renovation of the exterior, alongside the restoration of several monumental features both inside and outside the building.
