Detail hotel room
The hotel restaurant has its origins in a tea house that C.T. Stork had built in 1916. It served as the social hub of the Tuindorp residential area, which was constructed for the employees of the Stork Machine Factory. Since 1921, when an additional floor was added, the building has remained unchanged and has retained its distinctive historic monumental character. Today, Hotel ’t Lansink is a designated National Monument.
At the end of 2009, Infestos took over the property in which hotel ‘t Lansink was located. In the same year, Infestos purchased the adjacent property to expand the number of hotel rooms. This revived a vacant monumental building in a characteristic location in the heart of the Tuindorp district.
Infestos took care of the renovation of this building while retaining the characteristic monumental elements. The expansion of the hotel was realized in close cooperation with the current hotel proprietors.
