Infestos completed a private sale of shares in Alfen N.V. while remaining Alfen N.V.’s major shareholder after the transaction

Infestos (through its subsidiaries Infestos Energy Transition B.V. and Infestos Holding M B.V.) has reduced its holding in Alfen’s outstanding share capital to c. 35.2%, while remaining Alfen’s major shareholder. The shares have been sold to several institutional investors.
