Infestos acquires majority stake in Alfen B.V.

Investment company Infestos from Enschede has acquired a majority stake in Alfen B.V., manufacturer and market leader in transformer substations, products for the distribution of electrical energy and charging stations for Electric Vehicles (ICU = Integrated Charging Units). TBI retains a minority of the shares.

Alfen has been supplying products for the distribution of electrical energy for over 75 years and is the specialist in the field of fully assembled compact and accessible transformer substations.
